How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders to United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Are orders shipped on weekends?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellations by contacting us at contact@outlet-london.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified.

I didn't receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive the returned item, we'll process the refund within 5-7 business days. The actual time to see the refund in your account depends on your payment method.
